Delivery times, refunds, and what we can (and can’t) cover.

Delivery area

LSMeds US ships to the United States only.

Normal shipping time is 3 business days. Shipping times may take up to 5 business days for reasons beyond our control.

If your package is not received after 5 business days, you are eligible for a refund or a replacement package.
No refunds are given until the 7th business day from the date of your order.

We are not responsible for orders submitted with the wrong shipping information. These orders will not be refunded.

Requests for order cancellations will not be honored if the order has been completed and the product has shipped.

We are not responsible for losses, incorrect deliveries, or product damage caused due to improper handling by the shipping agent.

All sales are final, non-returnable, and non-refundable, except where a refund or replacement is expressly offered above for late delivery.
